What is the processing and delivery timeline?
Customers receive an estimated delivery date upon checkout. Standard processing time is 3 to 5 business days. This is the time required to handmake, review, and pack your order before it is taken to the post office. Total delivery time includes this processing period plus carrier transit time.
What is your refund and exchange policy?
I offer refunds or exchanges for items received broken (photos required), items lost in the mail (except those with incorrect addresses), errors in personalization on my part, or if the order is cancelled before processing and material use.
Which items are non-refundable?
I cannot offer refunds for personalized items already in production, delays caused by incorrect addresses provided by the customer, typos in your personalization request, or customer misconceptions regarding material thickness or dimensions. Please read all product descriptions thoroughly before purchasing.
What should I do if my item arrives damaged?
Please contact me through the platform where you ordered within 24 hours. Provide a photo of the damage and I will send a replacement. If time does not allow for a replacement before your event, a refund will be issued.
Why does my acrylic item BACKWARDS!
Your item is not defective or the wrong color. All acrylic products are shipped with a brownish protective film to prevent scratches during the fabrication process. Please peel this off to reveal the high-gloss surface.
Can I use AI images or custom sketches for my order?
Yes. Customization is my forte. I encourage you to send AI-generated prompts, sketches, or photos. I specialize in translating digital concepts into physical, laser-fabricated reality.
How do I clean my acrylic items?
Use only lukewarm water and mild dish soap. Never use glass cleaners or alcohol-based sprays as these cause "crazing" or internal micro-cracks. For small laser smudges, a quick wipe with isopropyl alcohol is safe.
What sizes and colors are available?
Size options include 5-inch, 6-inch, 7-inch, and 8-inch widths. The 2025 acrylic color chart includes: Black, Grey, Brown, White, Blue, Lt Blue, Red, Orange, Yellow, Pink, Purple, Green, Gold Glitter (one-sided), and Silver Glitter (double-sided).
How do I safely unbox a delicate topper?
Open the packaging carefully to avoid damage. Cut along the top of the bubble wrap and gently slide the topper out rather than pulling on fragile script lettering.
How do I prepare the topper for use?
Lay the topper on a flat surface. Carefully peel the protective film starting from the bottom stakes and moving upward.
What if pieces of acrylic are stuck in the design?
Intricate laser cuts may sometimes hold small pieces of acrylic. Lay the item flat and use a needle to gently poke them out.
Are these toppers food safe?
Yes. All cake toppers are made from 3mm high-quality acrylic that is designated as food safe.
Can I keep it after the event?
Do not throw your topper away! They are designed to be forever keepsakes that can be displayed in a stand or as wall decor after your celebration.
What makes these plates unique?
These are Functional Wall Art. They are individually handcrafted from 3mm high-gloss acrylic.
Why is there a gap between the plate and the wall?
My plates are cut flat to create a floating shadow gap. This is an intentional design feature that creates a gallery-style aesthetic.
Is installation hardware included?
Mounting screws are not included. These plates are designed to use your existing standard switch plate screws.
What is the most important installation tip?
Use a manual screwdriver only. Do not over tighten the screws, as excessive force will crack the acrylic.
How should I prepare my new board?
Open the packaging and carefully remove the board. Lay it design side up and wash with warm water until clean.
Are these dishwasher safe?
No. Never place your cutting board in the dishwasher. High heat and moisture will ruin the natural bamboo.
Why does the engraving look uneven?
I use natural, food-safe bamboo. Because wood is an organic material, the engraving may show light and dark areas depending on the grain. This highlights the unique character of your board.
Which side should I use for food?
The front is engraved for display. Please use the back side for all actual cutting to preserve the personalized design.
How do I maintain the bamboo?
Apply a food-safe mineral oil periodically to keep the wood hydrated and looking new.
How do I install floating wall signage?
Use the pre-cut holes in the sign as a template to mark your wall. Pre-drill 1/4-inch holes and tap in the provided nylon anchors.
How is the standoff hardware assembled?
Drive the hanger screws into the anchors and tighten the barrels to the wall. Screw the threaded studs into the barrels, place your panel, and thread on the decorative caps until they are snug.
What surfaces are compatible?
Included hardware is designed for wood, concrete, and drywall. Always ensure the mounting surface is strong enough to support the weight of the sign.
